Organising your conference programme has never been easier with our online abstract service.
PROCESS:
1. Authors submit their paper or poster abstract online by pasting it into an HTML editor or by uploading a word document.
2. Authors receive an automatic confirmation email with their abstract summary
3. The conference committee reviews and scores abstracts online and can allocate papers to sessions, which then will create the programme.
4. Authors will be notified of any changes required or if their paper has been accepted or rejected. (blind reviewing optional)
5. Final abstracts uploaded
6. Print professional program guides with description, theme, time, location, and speaker info, as well as index pages.
Cost
NZ$1800 One-off set-up fee per conference
Includes:
- Speaker contact information
- Speakers paper information such as title, authors, biography and their
AV requirements
- A template to ensure abstracts are formatted consistently
- Access for reviewers to review and score papers
- Access for committee to accept/decline papers
- Presentation times and themes set-up for committee to allocate papers
- Email the speaker direct with comments
- Login details for you to access the database which will enable you
to add and view - speakers details, as well as print pdf reports as
required.
